Japanese pattern stamp - wave

I really love how today's stamp has turned out! It's a really simple way of creating a complex design.
For this stamp, I used a stencil with circles of various sizes to help me draw the design. First I drew a curve at the top with the largest circle, and also used this to mark the curves of the sides of the stamp. Then I used decreasing sizes of circles to draw the other curves, and finally I carved away the excess.

I used a stamp pad with pink and orange inks, and I lined up the ends of the top curve of the stamp with the division between the two ink colours.
