Falkland photo walk: Plants and flowers

Falkland is well-known for its displays of flowers - in the summertime there are always lots of lovely flowers in pots and hanging baskets. On this early Spring walk, however, there were not as many flowers in bloom, and also I was looking at the interesting patterns and textures formed by the plants.

I really loved seeing the pansies floating in the water trough, because this reminded me of Honen-in Temple in Kyoto where I took photos of a camellia blossom positioned on a water basin.
