On the day after my birthday, I was driving home from my parents’ house and saw that the town’s crocuses were looking at their very best. The sun was shining, and I realised (from my 5 year diary) that I’d taken photos of the crocuses on that very day last year. So I thought it would be fun to start a new tradition (here’s hoping the weather is always nice that day!).
I headed out for a walk with my camera to the best patch of crocuses I’d seen along the way. And here I bumped into one of my colleagues who was also photographing them!
I’m looking forward to taking more next year, and coming up with new and different compositions.
