This was the very first craft item I thought of making for the school anniversary. I had grand plans that I would mass produce these badges, and some shaped as the school tie, and have a craft stall at the events, but there was so much to do with organising the photo displays that I only got round to making this one badge, and I only finished it at the eleventh hour despite the fact that I'd got the materials cut out and ready for it months in advance!

The what a great idea, maybe it could be something the kids make, if you simplify the design a bit?
