Mount Fuji brooches

I made these cute little guys for my craft fair! I like how each of their faces takes on its own personality.

1. Cut two mountain shapes from blue felt and one snow shape from white felt.

 2. Sew a face on the white felt using black thread.

3. Sew the white felt together with the two layers of blue felt, using a running stitch.

4. Glue a couple of pink hearts in place on the cheeks.

5. Sew a brooch back to the back.

The shape served as an inspiration for my robin brooches - if you look at it you will see the basic outline is identical!
