This month I have been mostly...

Doing:
I got my hair cut! And I discovered this cool app, Prisma, that creates really cool pictures from photos. Anything that lets me see what I'd look like with pink hair, or as a Hokusai print, is a good thing!

Reading:
I like getting my teeth into a good series of books when the summer holidays begin. Since it's much quieter at work at this time, I can concentrate much better on reading at breaktimes and lunchtimes. For the past few years it's been Italian crime fiction (the Montalbano books, and when I finished them, the Brunetti books). But this year I went for something completely different, and started on the Game of Thrones books. I've been meaning to read these since they first came out, and have resolved not to watch any of the TV series until I finish the books. So I'm constantly having to avoid spoilers! My other plan for this summer is to read some Haruki Murakami short stories.

Watching:
Mum and I have been watching The Great British Sewing Bee, and The Musketeers.
