The reopening of the museum, something I'd been excitedly waiting for, was very well attended. There were performances by taiko drummers, a walking dinosaur, and fireworks. I went back a few weeks later, and it was still very busy. I'm hoping to go back again soon, and explore some more.
For my friend's last day at work, I made him a sad raincloud and reworked the cardboard computer I'd made for him some years ago. Inside the "monitor" were presents and cards.
A few weeks ago I met up with some fellow Blythe enthusiasts in Glasgow. I took along my six dolls, packed into my vintage case. We went to the Willow Tearooms on Buchanan Street, followed by Sloans Bar, and got lots of stares from the locals!
